Why are Double Bluff Sprinkles made to order?
We hand-make bespoke sprinkles in batches to the unique specifications of our customers. We take orders through our website and social media.
What are the ingredients?
Chickpea water, powdered sugar, colours, flavourings. Our products are vegan and halal. Although our products are nut and dairy free, they are produced in a kitchen that handles these allergens.
How long does the process take (from ordering to receiving)?
We aim to reply to all sprinkle (and workshop) enquiries within 48 hours. We’ll get in touch with an invoice (price + P&P) and once that’s paid, you should receive your order within 2 weeks.
Where do you ship sprinkles/deliver workshops?
At the moment we only ship sprinkles and deliver workshops within the UK (where we’re based).
What do I do if I’m not happy with my order?
Unfortunately we can’t accept returns on our sprinkles as they’re made to order/custom and perishable, unless your order is damaged. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want our customers to love their Double Bluff Sprinkles, so do get in touch if you’re not satisfied!
How long do my sprinkles last?
We recommend you decorate with your sprinkles as soon as you receive them! If you keep them in an airtight container they’re best before 2 months from the date of reciept.
